How it works
In the base, Quotodoro is a very smart week planner and an excellent time tracker. At the start of the week, you plan which tasks you want to do and when. To get the best results, it is recommended to split larger tasks into shorter ones.
Doing this has at least three benefits:
- You overthink your task again. It gives you the possibility to take extra work into account. It also trains you to make better estimations for the future.
- It is easier to keep your focus on a short task.
- You can complete the task. Completing a task stimulates you to pick up the next task. When tasks are well-defined and short, it is very motivating to complete many of them every day.
With the intuitive user interface you can:
- Reduce your time to plan your week, by creating one or multiple tasks with a few clicks.
- Start, stop and complete each individual task.
- Quickly create and start tasks for interruptions.
- View the time spent on task and the daily totals.
- Generate reports over more extended periods and separate them per project or per day for more detailed overviews.
- Download the reports for use in other applications.
- A quotodoro is a 25-minute block with an optional 5-minute break at the end. The application keeps track of the number of quotodori you have completed that day.
Quotodoro will reduce your time on administrative tasks around planning and reporting, enabling you to complete your daily work within the allocated time.
We give you the tools to stay more focused, better organized and thereby increase your productivity.
